Cancellations

When scheduling with Outpost Barber, please note that our personal and professional income is based solely upon the services provided to you, our valued guests. While we understand that circumstances may arise that require the cancellation or rescheduling of a reservation, the following policies are in place to accommodate all of our guests as efficiently and effectively as possible, given the limited amount of reservations available each week.

A minimum 24-hour advanced notice is required for any cancellation or rescheduling of reservations. The online booking service will allow you to cancel or reschedule as necessary. For any reservations canceled or rescheduled with less than 24-hour notice, the guest must pay for a portion of the missed service. Frequent cancellations with less than 24-hour notice may result in the refusal of future services. Outpost Barber reserves the right to refuse service to individuals who can not comply with these guidelines.

Late Arrivals + No SHOWS

To ensure that we deliver the best possible service to our guests, we have allocated the necessary time to complete each service. On-time or early arrival ensures the required time to complete each scheduled service. Regretfully, we can only satisfactorily complete services if a client arrives more than ten minutes late for their scheduled appointment.

Guests who arrive ten minutes or more late for their reservation or fail to arrive for the entirety of their reservation without providing a minimum 24-hour notice will be charged in full for their scheduled service(s) before being allowed to reserve again.
